Map of the area around the Canadiana Gallery indicating the building's location

Pedestrian access

The main pedestrian entrance to the Canadiana Gallery is off Queen's Park Crescent West, directly across from the Ontario Legislature. The nearest TTC subway station is Queen's Park, south of the Centre at the intersection of Queen's Park Cres./University Avenue and College Street.

Deliveries, passenger drop off and pickup, and parking

Due to a major construction project on King's College Circle, vehicle access to the Canadiana Gallery is currently only from Queen's Park Crescent West (southbound), and curbside parking is not available.

Directly in front of our entrance doors is space for delivery vehicles, and passenger drop off and pickup.

Accessibility

The Canadiana Gallery main entrance is served by a ramp and the entrance door features an automatic no-touch wave switch for door opening. The all-gender washroom on the main floor is accessible. The Criminology Library is accessible by vertical lift.

The Centre for Criminology & Sociolegal Studies is located on the second floor of the building. From the first to the second floor, there are a total of 27 stairs in three sections (7 steps, 7 steps, 13 steps) with small landings in between. There is no elevator.

If we can support your visit, please email crimsl.communications@utoronto.ca and we will be glad to work with you to make the appropriate arrangements.
